Richer in proteins than wheat but also rich in magnesium, zinc, iron and copper. This loaf has a light and delicate flavour given to it by the flour we use. Spelt is a variety of ancient wheat we use wholemeal British spelt flour in the dough & levain.
White spelt (wheat) flour 42% , water ,wholemeal spelt (wheat) flour 21%, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt, wholemeal wheat flour, rye flour.*Organically produced ingredients
